The Office of the Registrar is currently working remotely, but fully operational and committed to supporting our AHU student community. We are available M-TH 8:00 am EST to 7:00 pm EST and F 8:00 am EST to 3:00 pm EST. The current self-service links remain available via my.ahu.edu. We have added a chat feature and an office email for form submissions and more detailed questions. At the end of this message, we have included our contact information. All office voicemail messages are checked daily. Here is an update to our available services while online:
Q: How long will classes remain remote?
- Updates for any changes on when classes will resume on campus will be posted on the main COVID-19 information page.
Q: Has graduation been cancelled?
- Spring 2021 Commencement information will be provided as plans can be determined, please continue to visit the graduation page for up to date graduation information.
Q: Where can I find more information about graduation?
- Graduation information — All graduation information including any updates to Commencement will be on this page
Q: Will my accommodations be in effect in the remote learning environment?
- Yes. Nothing will change in accommodations. The Disability Service Coordinator is in direct contact with faculty to discuss reasonable accommodations in the remote learning environment.

Q: How can I register for the Spring 2021 term?
- Spring 2021 registration will continue via the online registration portal on my.ahu.edu
- Registration for Denver and Online will open Monday, October 19, 2020.
- Registration for Orlando will open Monday, October 26, 2020.
Q: When does Spring 2021 registration close?
- Online course registration will close Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
- Denver and Orlando course registration will close Sunday, January 17, 2021.
Q: How can I order official transcripts?
- Transcripts will be available through our online ordering service at https://www.ahu.edu/academics/transcripts and may have 5- 7 business day processing time
Q: Where can I access forms and petitions?
- All forms, including petitions and withdrawal forms are available via this link Registrar Forms, Applications and Instructions
Q: How do I submit forms, petitions, or certifications for processing?
- All forms or certifications that need processing can be sent to Registrar@ahu.edu and we will be responding as necessary and in the order they are received.
Q: How do I communicate with the Office of the Registrar?
