Applicants and students of the A.S. Health Sciences Program should be aware of the following:
Progression
In order to progress in the A.S. Health Sciences degree program, students must:
- Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 2.50
- Earn a C (2.00) or better on all math and science requirements
- Successfully repeat courses in which the minimum grade (2.00) was not achieved
Completion
We will consider students for graduation and conferral of an Associate of Science degree in Health Sciences when they have met the general University requirements for graduation, as well as completing:
- The prescribed course of study
- A minimum of 64 credit hours, 50 of which must be accrued with Adventist University of Health Sciences
- An overall GPA of 2.50 or better, in tandem with a cumulative GPA of 2.50 on all math and science requirements
- Service learning requirements
- Competency assessment requirements
