Audience during graduation ceremony

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

  • Masking: All attendees will be required to correctly wear masks (covering the nose and mouth) to attend this event in the interest of everyone’s safety and in lieu of requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination and/or a negative COVID-19 test.
  • Social Distancing: Social distancing of at least 3 feet is encouraged, and will be required if the level of community transmission is classified as substantial (>7.99%). Please stay tuned for updated information in light of the COVID-19 Omicron variant surge.
  • Following the recessional at the end of the ceremony, all attendees will be required to promptly exit the building as directed by the event staff. Gathering will not be permitted in the Lobby or Check-in areas.

Flash photography should not be used in the vicinity of the University photographeras this could negatively affect the official photo of the graduate.
