Diane R. Andrews, PhD, RN

Director of the Nursing Leadership and Management MSN program in the College of Nursing at University of Central Florida, Diane Andrews is also an associate professor and active researcher. Her work is focused on nurse satisfaction and retention in the workplace, including environmental and worker analysis with a special focus on the transition of new nurses.
