| Description: | This course includes a study of the principles of microbiology, disinfection, sterilization, elementary immunology and microorganisms, emphasizing their relationship to health and disease. This course has a lab component; therefore, a lab kit and webcam are required. Three hours of lecture and three hours of lab each week. This course does not satisfy the requirement for a major or minor in biology. |
