| Description: | This course is a study of the physical principles of ultrasonic waves and their propagation, detection, and interaction with matter including biologic effects. The course also includes a study of the physics of Doppler and the principle of Doppler techniques. Bioeffects and safety measures as they pertain to ultrasound will be explored. |
