| Description: | In this lab intensive course, students will learn skills and techniques in the treatment of patients with a variety of settings. Suturing, splinting, wound care, intravenous and intraosseous insertions, nasogastric intubation and Foley catheter insertions will be demonstrated and practiced. Students will also be introduced to pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care, and to minor surgical procedures. |
