| Description: | Onsite clinical intensives (OCI's) are a key component of the nurse-midwifery program. This clinical involves an on-campus academic visit to learn and practice whole person inpatient intrapartum and postpartum clinical skills. The OCI's help focus learning and practice to build confidence in new skills for inpatient clinical practice. This is a one (1) credit hour course and students are expected to complete fifteen (15) clock hours. |
