Description:

This course further expands on nursing practice with application to adult and elderly patients with stable conditions. Emphasis is placed on nursing content related to nursing care of diverse adult and elderly populations. Upon completion, students will demonstrate the ability to deliver safe, competent, and holistic care. Application of knowledge and skills occurs in the simulated laboratories and various clinical settings. This course includes three credit hours of theory (45 clock hours) and two credit hours of clinical (90 clock hours).
