| Description: | This course focuses on a series of selected topics to prepare students for integration into a sonography department, which may include: resume preparation, future developments in ultrasound, purchasing equipment, contrast media, musculoskeletal imaging, and organ transplantation. Registry reviews and simulated registry examinations will also be given throughout the trimester to allow students to meet graduation requirements and prepare for national certification examinations in their specialty areas. Students are required to make a minimum of a 79% on the comprehensive specialty exams in order to graduate. |
