Alicia Patterson earned her B.A. in English Literature at the University of Tennessee in 1990 and her M.A. in Religion at Andrews University in 2001. She has served as an Adjunct Religion Professor at Southern Adventist University, Founder of PRISM Life Ministries, International speaker, dramatist, author, and life coach, Pastor and Church Planter in the Patomac Conference, Assistant Editor for The Journal of Research on Christian Education, established and taught at Paducah SDA School in Paducah, Kentucky, and taught high school English at Paducah Christian Academy and Shenandoah Valley Academy. Professor Patterson's greatest joy is found in connecting people to Jesus, so He can bring truth and healing; positioning them to hear God speak His love; and encouraging them to grow into their God-given identity and destiny. She is passionate about communicating God's Word to people of all ages through whatever medium will bring it alive for them and ignite a desire to be in the Word for themselves.
