Bobbie Jean Cabezas, MSN

Bobbie Jean Cabezas is a seasoned executive leader specializing in strategic planning, operational management, and nursing leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Integration Officer for AdventHealth University, she brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as Executive Director of Nursing for AdventHealth Orlando. Her extensive career in nursing leadership includes positions such as Director of Nursing, Director of Care Management, Operations Manager, and Assistant Nurse Manager. Ms. Cabezas holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from AdventHealth University (formerly Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences), and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University. She is an active member of several professional organizations including American Organization Nursing Leadership (AONL) and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Beyond her professional commitments, she is dedicated to community service such as supporting the United Way, serving as a deaconess, and volunteering with community organizations. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and exploring new travel destinations.
