Jason Duprat, DNP, MBA, APRN, CRNA

Dr. Jason Duprat is a CRNA with 14 years under his belt. Ten years after graduating, he decided to finish his DNP. He is confident that AdventHealth University is a perfect fit for his next chapter.

Somewhere between clinical shifts and working on his MBA, Jason built an online training program. That side project turned into Healthcare Boss Academy, an education company that has trained over 5,000 clinicians across three brands and six countries. Proof that you can pursue what you love and still get paid for it.

For ten years, he also served in the U.S. Navy Reserve, rising to Lieutenant Commander, before hanging up the uniform. The proudest chapter was being called to active duty in New York City during COVID. That experience permanently changed how he thinks about leadership and showing up when things get really hard.

Along the way, he wrote a book called Clinic Launch Secrets, which became a Wall Street Journal bestseller. He also hosted the Healthcare Boss Academy podcast, where he has released more than 320 episodes interviewing healthcare entrepreneurs and clinicians about how they built their businesses.
