Justin Fuller

Dr. Justin Fuller is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice from Midwestern University and a Master’s degree in Education. With a diverse background in clinical practice and academic instruction, Dr. Fuller brings both practical experience and a passion for education to the classroom.

He began his nursing career over a decade ago, later discovering his passion for anesthesia and pursuing advanced practice training. Dr. Fuller has provided anesthesia in a variety of settings, including Level 1 trauma at Banner University with Sound Physicians, where he specialized in trauma, thoracic, and endoscopic anesthesia. He is also the founder of Full Asleep PLLC, an anesthesia practice focused on delivering safe, patient-centered care in office-based and dental settings.

In addition to clinical work, Dr. Fuller has served as a clinical educator for Grand Canyon University and Arizona State University, and has taught nursing theory online. He is dedicated to mentoring future nurse anesthetists and is particularly passionate about supporting students entering the field later in life or from nontraditional backgrounds.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Fuller is a proud husband and father. He understands the challenges of balancing career, education, and family life, and brings that perspective into his supportive, student-centered teaching approach.
