Lucila Pasia Kilpatrick MSTM, MLS(ASCPi) SBBCM, CQIA(ASQ)

Lucila Pasia Kilpatrick MSTM, MLS(ASCPi) SBBCM, CQIA(ASQ) currently serves as the Laboratory Quality Manager for AdventHealth Central Texas and Rollins Brook. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Far Eastern University in the Philippines and her Master of Science in Transfusion Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch, where she was awarded with Outstanding Clinical Laboratory Sciences Research. She is an ASCP-certified Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) and an International Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) with over 20 years of progressive experience in transfusion medicine and clinical laboratory operations. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles and has published original research in the Journal of Nursing Care Quality and an abstract in the Association for the Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies (AABB).

Lucila maintains a strong background in regulatory compliance as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) and an inspector team member for the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Her career is defined by a deep commitment to the global laboratory community, through which she continues to advance education and regulatory standards both locally and abroad.
