Biography

Dr. Yvette Saliba is an associate professor at AdventHealth University in the Health Humanities and Social Sciences Department. She completed her Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D) at the University of Central Florida in 2018. Prior to the completion of her terminal degree, she received a master’s degree in 2007 in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College, located in Winter Park, Florida. She is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Florida and Rollins College in their graduate counseling programs. Her research interests include studying the impact of psychological factors, such as purpose and playfulness, on wellness and aging.
