Mission-driven culture earns AdventHealth University recognition as a Central Florida favorite.
Feelings of belonging and purpose cultivated at AdventHealth University resonate long after the graduation cap is tossed in the air. That culture of care and connection has helped the Orlando campus become a beloved and trusted place for learning and growth throughout Central Florida.
During an 11-day nomination process and an 18-day voting window open to the public, AdventHealth University became the Silver winner in the College/University category of the Orlando Sentinel’s Central Florida Favorites. In this second annual readers’ choice awards, Central Florida Favorites allows the community to celebrate the best of the area’s shopping, dining, living, and learning.
“With nearly 14,000 graduates practicing healthcare as a ministry, AdventHealth University is grateful to hold a special place in the hearts of students, graduates, healthcare colleagues and the community,” said C. AdventHealth University earned Silver alongside other well-known institutions recognized by voters across the region. Stetson University received Gold, and the University of Central Florida received Bronze. The Central Florida Favorites public-vote program drew a total of more than 175,000 votes across the region.
