Dr. Carjie Scott serves as Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management at AdventHealth University, where she provides leadership for enrollment growth, recruitment strategy, and student success initiatives.
Prior to joining AdventHealth University, Dr. Scott held leadership roles in strategy and enrollment management at Tennessee State University and admissions operations at Vanderbilt University. She also served as Director of Education at Vatterott College and taught at Santa Fe College.
In addition to her higher education leadership experience, Dr. Scott is the founding partner of Clermont Periodontics and Implant Center and the co-founder of The Education Equalizer Foundation, a college access network that was birthed at the University of Florida.
Dr. Scott earned a Doctor of Education in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University, a Master of Arts in Leadership from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English for Corporate Communications and Management from Christian Brothers University.
